has anybody actually tried this?

cause i don not see how it could happen.

For starters all the online games require server authentication, so therefore lan is not possible.

Even if you are running a router and all 4 ps2s can access the servers there is only one ip address. Once a server sees a second attempt to login with an ip address in theory it'll give u an error and wont let u log in.

I could b wrong, my theory is based on a normal ip practices.
If somebody can prove me wrong I'd like to know how it's done.
