The VIA"s are VERY small on the v9, If you have never modded a console you may want to get a pro. As Tyler said, use a fiberglass pen to brush off the laquer, Prep the board by applying a little flux to the work area, then pre-tin each VIA with a small amount of solder turning the tiny hole you see into a small solder pad. Then attach the wires.BTW, The VIA's are sensitive to heat, use caution
