yea man exactly. But follow the whole tutorial !!
And of course you need an ip.bin that is hacked to lba 11700 !
If you follow these steps carefully, you should be able to burn this with no problem.
1) Get Echelon's Selfboot Tutorial (EST).
2) Unzip the contents of EST to c:\selfboot\
3) Unrar the game files to c:\selfboot\data\
4) Move "ip.bin" from c:\selfboot\data\ to c:\selfboot\
5) If you'd like to add a dummy file, do it now. Name it "000dummy.dat". Make sure you
don't go over (total of everything in c:\selfboot\data\) 670MB for an 80 min disc or 620MB
for a 74 min disc.
6) Open CDRWin and click on "Record Disc".
Choose "Load Tracks",
Disc Type "Audio",
"Add".
In the "Select Track File" window, click "Files of type" "All Files (*.*), then navigate
to c:\selfboot\ and choose "audio.raw". Click OK.
Test Mode - Unchecked
Use Disc Transporter - Unchecked
Open New Session - Checked

Raw Mode - Unchecked
Speed - Whatever You Like
Choose your CD Burner from "CDROM Recorder" drop down menu.
***Note the 3 numbers (x:x:x) to the left of your burner's name in the drop down menu.
For example mine is 1:0:0. This is your burner's scsi ID number. From here on out it
will be referred to as x,x,x***
Click "Start Recording". When it's done click "Close".
YOU CAN DROP POINT 7 !
7) Open up a DOS box (by choosing "Start", "Programs", "MS-DOS Prompt" in Windows 98SE).
Type:
cd\ (which brings you to c:\>)
cd selfboot (which brings you to c:\selfboot>)
cdrecord -dev=x,x,x -msinfo
This should spit out:
0,11700 (if it doesn't you're kinda screwed, so hopefully it does

)
8) Next type:
mkisofs -C 0,11700 -V SOLDIAZ -l -o data.iso data
9) Once this finishes type:
ipins
bootsector = ip.bin
iso = data.iso
10) Open CDRWin again. This time click on "File Backup and Tools"
Backup/Tool Operation - Record an ISO9660 Image File
Image Filename - C:\Selfboot\Data.iso
Disc Type - CDROM-XA
Finalize/Close Session - Checked
Write Postgap - Checked
Open New Session - Unchecked
