p.s. My friend sugested that it might be PSU....i have 280W..could this be a problem ...I tested in Probe ....12v goes on 11.975 and back ... 5v does to 4.999

I can already see you need a bigger PSU, the P4C CPU's are wattage hogs and when (I do mean WHEN not if) you decide to upgrade your video card chances are it will need more wattage as well as a very stable PSU to prevent application crashes which I'm sure you already have experience by now with the current PSU. Keep in mind stabability is hard to find in a cheap PSU even if its advertised as high wattage. Go with an Antec True power PSU or if you want to cut corners on cost try a Thermatake Purepower 420watt or better for that system.
