I adjusted the cog while i had a disc running. Theres a little hole you can stick a small screwdriver down and turn it while the disk is spinning..

I got it to work much better. Tested a bunch of backups with no problems.


I put the cover on and it works sometimes.


Im guessing when i tighted down the screws it makes something touch inside. I have the chip in the right location.


Anyone else have a squishing problem?
