Yes it is true
I've also "X2 - Die Bedrohung" and played it with this deviance Crack, too... After a very long time (about 50 hours) the nice feminine voice told me that I had to insert the original cd and my ship will blow up in a few seconds
I hope there will be another crack soon... sry for my bad english *g*
