Will someone please explain to me what im doing wrong. I been reading and following instuctions the past 3 days and still have not backed up one of my games, why do i only get to the intro page? i tried the matrix game and same thing, it only loads to a black screen. I tried all kinds of diffrent dvd-r media. Theres one thing left to do and that is throw my xbox out the window but im saving that as last resort
