sorry bally I thought this would be better here. Hope you dont mind. Any way there are many 3.3V points on the V10 board.

The 3.3V is the fat red wire. Its accutally soldered to to 4 via's right under the wire next to that big fuse. As for the loud noise is it coming from the PS2 or from your speakers on the TV?
