Look for the one like this :
A6 00 00 00 E0 40 0E 0C

And replace A6 00 00 00 by your LBA value correctly coded IN HEXADECIMAL !
_ 11700 => 5E 2A 00 00
_ 11702 => 5C 2A 00 00
