PS2 would be more complicated than PS1, I was on a site a while back that converted Codebreaker and Gameshark codes. You can try searching the PS2 executable files with a hex editor for the data string
And change it manually. Again this was much easier on PS1 games, not that any of it is really easy,
quite complicated, actually.
