Does anyone know of a way to get around demo's with time limits?

I have a couple macro programs that i can no longer use because the time limit ran out on them. The creators blanked out a lot of advanced features plus the program is no longer usable when the time limit is up.

I tried deleting and reinstalling, deleteing/redownloading/reinstalling, and deleting, deleting the prog's registry/redownloading/reinstalling......all to no effect...

Any ideas???
