Perhaps you did not look thoroughly, but there is quite a large section for Warcraft 3 and The Frozen Throne expansion pack at gamecopyworld.com. I've used the no CD cracks successfully. Make sure you click on the small "Game Index" link that is directly under the listing of latest games on the home page, and then click on the "W" section of the alphabet. And you will find it. Hope this helps.
