try using craxtion to make your iso
www.craxtion.com it could be the media aswel though i've never used them so i don't know about that media also how old is your xbox chip ect... maybe it needs updating to the latest bios ect... but if thats the problem craxtion will patch the .xbe file for you anyway hope this helps you
