Try this mate-
1) Uninstall the game.
2) Reinstall-full install.
3) Patch with the 1.01 patch.
4) Extract the contents of the Deviance crack file to the program files/lucasarts/SWKotOR folder.
5) If you have a desktop shortcut,double click on this.
Make sure the game cd is not in the drive.
Game should now start fine.
