what format is it in
if it is nero just leave default
if it is cdi use discjuggler but your burner may need certain settings which you can tweak to make the boot cd
my suggestion is using a cdrw disc to test and if it works and you see the files in windows when you open the drive or cd after it is burnt then you can burn it to cdr using the same settings or method as you did for the cdrw test
