hey what your gonna want to do is go into your router settings via IE or something however you do it, go to port forwarding and make one for you xbox or whatever and open port ranges from 0 to 65535 this will completly open up your router, try that and make sure you enable it as a TCP and UDP or upload and download privalage and enable it, apply changes reboot the system (router and comp) and then try again, see if that does anything for ya cause i know mine was a bitch to set up
