boot cd does not copy anything it allows you to play some of the older games that haven't been repacked and made self bootable( you can though make them self boot yourself get the files at dccopyworld.com in the utitilities section)
the boot cd loads and then stops allow you to open the dc and place the virtua tennis game or whichever else game needs the boot cd
