Try this first. Disable the firewall and see if it works. If not it hasn`t got anything to do with the firewall. And what do you mean with going online with gamespy? Does it run from your pc or xbox? And what you can do also is connect the xbox directly to the internet. If that doesn`t work it doesn`t have to do with your internet connection it must be something in the software
Well thats the problem, I am not sure how to disable the firewall, I go to my IP address in Internet Explorer and log in. Then went through all the settings, but I didn't see anything specificaly said firewall, and I don't know a lot about that stuff. By going online w/ gamespy I mean using Game spy Arcade and Game spy Tunnel on the computer, and i have XBOX plugged into to the router, as well as the computer. I can't connect XBOX directly to the internet for this because you need the comptuer to do it, I can get XBOX Live by it self to work just fine with the router. But I can't get it to work for games that require Game spy arcade and tunnel (or another app) to make it an online game, VIA the system link option. I would like to try another program, but I havne't found one that is free. Any advise?
