Reforce , make sure your monitor drivers are installed - if it's just plug and play - go find your monitor drivers. Install those. Reboot, run reforce. Click apply. Reboot. Edit your VideoDefault.con to allow refresh.
Do these things exactly, and if you still have the problem - make a query with EA support.
