Well its mainly time consuming.

I had a hard time reassembling after the fan was installed, because I think my fan may have been a tad (and I mean a tad) thicker than usual.

So when I was putting the mainboard and powerboard back in, the corners of each were touching the sides of the fan. I trimmed the fan on the mainboard side and that fixed that. On the powerboard side the fan had the wires for the LED really close to were it was rubbing so I chose to trim a little bit of each the fan and the plastic part surrounding the where the power cord inserts.

Finally after all that was done all the holes where the m/b and p/b lined up and I was able to screw everything back in.

Oh and before I forget:

When I put my dvd drive back in I neglected to realize that it too pushed a little bit on the middle side of the fan. This pushed the side in enough to stop the fan from spinning.

So before thinking your finished I suggest looking over all youve done and making sure especially after everything is put back together that the fan is indeed spinning and blowing outside.

Tyler!
