its not windows me. its user error. they are dos programs so you cant just run them. open the folder with the program. go to start and hit run. type dosprmpt. then type extract track03.iso track05.iso 12345 (where 12345 is your sector offset). the full version of windows me will allow you do do this so if it doesnt work, you shouldnt be using warez os's anyway. if it wont allow a dos window, go to add/remove programs and make a boot disk. start your comp with this disk and hit shift + F5 when it asks you what you want it to do. this will load real dos letting you extract your files.
