Is this the first time you tried to load dvd backups?? What boot disc are you using??? AR2, GS2 or swap magic?? Are you making DIRECT backups as in Dvd to Dvd-r/ CD to CD-R. If using AR2/GS2 are you using a Original dvd game with a TOC higher than the backup?? What version is the PS2?? Give us a little more info....Also EVO and CrazyG are right, the neo will eat the laser.
