There should be a 1.2 updated NoCD fix appearing on GCW soon. I uploaded it to GCW. I found it on the P2P's. I tested it and it works and everything for the US version, although I don't know if it will let you play online with it. I don't play games online.
I put it on my webspace for now. It's 1.25 megs. It's a replacement speed.exe
