ok here goes
now this works for me and the 8200 HP burner so if it doesn't work don't get mad at me

in the write tab have the following checked and only the following
-fast error skip
-don't report read errors

in the read tab have the following checked and only the following
-perform laser power calibration
-close session

for read i read at max and write i write at 2x
