Try burning the dummy file as audio in the 1st session. This program will allow you to do this:-

When then running the above program it will ask you if you wish to create a file called sorttxt.txt - do this by running the following utility:-
http://people.we.mediaone.net/djrobx/makesort.zip
Both the above suggestions should help sort your problem
