I'm assuming your using a pal tv. While a new TV would most likely cure the problem unless of course it's a really cheap one, there is a much cheaper option. A DC PAL Booster a nifty little box of tricks that converts a NTSC 60MHz signal to a PAL 50Mhz one. You can order one from http://www.lik-sang.com . If your in the UK you'll want the PAL-I version.
