Blacklisting is lame and totally pointless, I can already see the headlines:

"New securom deals with ALC120%"
"Alc120% workaround for Securom"
"Sony introduces Improved protection against Emulation"
"New version of Alc120% defeats All version of Securom"
"Sony sues makers of Alc120%"
etc. etc. etc.

Sad but true...
The last Nero I used allowed mounting an image, but I havent heard of it emulating a copy protection. So as far as I have experienced, Nero is useless with most copy protections.

Buy it and return it specifically saying that the game is incompatible with your computer. Does the box list the requirement of not having Nero or Alc120 installed?

After several thousand returns, they will surrender.
