Hi!
I remember somebody posting a work-around for this problem here before, so the credit goes to that person, but...
- Get Padus Discjuggler 4 (http://www.padus.com).
- Get the Alcohol 52% software (http://www.alcohol-software.com).
- Mount the NRG file as a virtual drive (eg. E: drive) using Alcohol 52%.
- Run Padus Discjuggler.
- Create an "*.CDI" IMAGE from the disc mounted as the virtual drive (E

.
- Burn this image file to a blank CDR in your REAL CDR Drive using Discjuggler.
The Discjuggler demo is set to the lowest speed of your CDR, which is many cases is 8X, so its still quite quick. This method worked for me.
The other method is to burn the NRG with NERO, then Create a new disc image using Discjuggler from the CDR you have burned the NRG image to. Then burn this Discjuggler image file to a new CDR.
The first method saves time and discs.
Try it out, may help!
