i went to put a no solder chip in a brand new v7 ps2 uint i install the chip put back togather then pluged it in power came on for a sec then just went of and wont power up no more
it makes a winning sound first system i ever had that did this i dont know if it was cause of it setting on the floor static might had killed it but very unlikely and maybe i nstalled that chip wrong but i did many of them never had such a problem so i put the chip in my 3rd v7 unit and it works find so i guess the reapper was calling that ps2 and it was just its time to go
good thing i still have the recipt for it and its not very old
