I don't know what the problem is.
www.foundmy.com just say it isn't compatible. I would ask them, as they did the testing.

- Well, we finally did out test, and guess what??? The M2 Pro v1.31 is not compatible with the SPCH-50001.
- We await the M2 Team to contact us and let us if they want to support the SCPH-50001 model.
- Now we wait for the DMS3 team to send us their product to see how well its compatible with the SPCH-50001!!!"
