today's society is a changed society not the society it was once before. stress levels are higher, people are expected to do a lot more in this day, convenience is demanded by the people, and the retailers lap up the demand with shiny new products that make our lives that little bit more productive and efficient. I mean, who hasn't eaten a microwave meal? were they around 20 years ago? only just. now its common place. Its a brave new world, or at least it'd better be....
