1. put a shortcut to your trainer on your desktop
2. start trainer, so click on it
3. start the game
4. Go buy something and then press 1
5. buy something else and your money will start adding up
6. Have Fun!!!

oh also did you extract it into the sim city 4 - Apps folder first, wont work unless you do
