These guys were right to mock you, this is quite possibly the biggest load of bull**** that I have ever seen anybody attempt to get away with.
Anyway, those things right there are the release files, you open e-sonic2.001 in WinRar and it will do the rest for you, then you just burn the CD with the afforementioned program, which is mostly likely going to be DiscJuggler 3 or above.
