As 4 Mac, I suggest
DVDbackup, it works on Mac platforms and also decrypts and backs up CSS-protected DVDs, it can be found
here.
NB. I don't know of any DVD backup software for AS400 and mainframe systems. Not that U asked yet, I'm just anticipating further questions...
