Milky Season - country check
For those who want to play Milky Season on non Jap DC, WJR forgot the simpliest check. So you might :
_ either you extract all the files and patch ip.bin for all countries
_ either you hex-edit the image and change 'J ' by 'JUE' in ip.bin (look for "SEGAKATANA" string).
I won't make a patch for that.
