you probably have to delete the files yourself......... if you have winxp check your local temp folder by hitting "start" (on you desktop) then "run" and type "local settings" (without the quotes) and check the "temp" folder in that window
some other folders to check are the "temp" folder under the windows folder, the folders inside the "my documents" folder and the folder where the applications is installed.
you should consider getting "window washer" (or similar tool) which will delete most of the temp files created by windows and other apps.
