This games uses Securom 4.82
Recent versions of Securom have a compatibility issues with certain CD drives.
But before returning the game 4 a refund, make sure the protection IS securom 4.8xx by using ClonyX 2.0.1.5.
Also, what reading device(s) have U got? Are their firmware up 2 date?
