Determining Gap or No Gap BIOS:
First you must locate your BIOS chip. This chip is rectangular and may have "BA6664FM" enscribed on the top of the chip. Once you have located the BIOS chip you must look at the pins. If it has pins going the full length of the chip on both sides its considered a "No Gap" BIOS. If the BIOS chip has 7 pins then a solid shield of metal in the middle then 7 more pins on each side of the chip then it is considered a "Gap" BIOS.
