There is a very good chance that once your account was closed, your free webspace (if you were given any) and your email account will have been removed.
The only way you can obtain them now would be to contact your old ISP.
I would suggest setting up a
WWW.HOTMAIL.COM account for all those important emails. That way if you change ISP's again you will still be able to obtain your HOTMAIL email.
