Woohoo!
I went to
www.vaio.net and found a firmware update for my DVD Burner. Apparently, this was all I needed to do, because now my movies don't stutter! To everyone that helped me try to solve my problem: sorry for the trouble and thanks a ton for tryin to help anyways.
