Once you installed 1.27 patch, you have to download a 1.27 CRACK for the game.
You can get it at
www.gamecopyworld.com - find 1.27 NO-CD crack. Download it, you will most likely need an archiver called WinRAR 3.20 (get it from
www.rarlabs.com I think)
Extract the file.
There will be one file called NWMAIN.EXE , you must COPY this file and PASTE it into the GAME directory (where you installed the game). You will be asked if you want to replace the file, say YES.
Afterwards - the game will run without the CD.
