newer bios's allow you to use new functions such as the eject fix or media check bypass. simpley means you don't have to bother patching new games as the bios will auto detect the media check and bypass it.


now as many people here know i have / had quite a collection of xbox's with all manour or mods installed some of which can not be updated so i prefere to patch all my backups takes seconds to do and is a hell of a lot less hassle if you take the game to a friends to play it and his chip does not have a bios capable of bypassing the media check.

it's just my preference

p.s i'd like some feedback on my new avatar is it better or worse than the old one ( just deciding wether to keep it or not)
