Will your XBox boot with out your modchip pluged in?
Also that XBox will not look for a diff. BIOS unless the D0 is grounded out. See what the DO is grounded the XBox looks to the modchip for a BIOS to load, and when its not grounded it looks to the TSOP for it.
Now if your XBox boots with out the modchip in place that means there some thing wrong with your chip, or maybe one of the wires. If it dosen't boot with the chip than some thing get messed up when you were soldering. Go back and look at every trace near the D0 and the LPC points, maybe a very small peace oh hot solder dropped off and is shorting the traces.
