Eagle, I see your point now!

Clone doesn't use mdf's but the 'emulate weak sectors' could be taken to be 'circumventing' so can 'Hide CDR Media' but can 'amplify weak sectors' be considered 'circumventing' too? Doesn't that still create a CD that's copy protected? Or could that be deemed 'modifying' and hence breaking the EULA if the company expressly forbids 'modifying'.
