If there is a PC one, it should work. I have a Thrustmaster Force Feedback PC wheel, I plug it in my PS2 USB port and it work flawlessly with GT3 and GTConcept. Sadly though, I do not know of one with a clutch (but it would add that extra dimension to the games and it would be a good idea).

I have the Lotus Pro Racer handheld wheel by Gamester and find it fantastic . You can steer with it as if it was a proper wheel, however it is small enough to fit inside a drawer until you need it next...
