You should be getting your chip from charlie_ps2. I too thought that charlie_ps2 left me high and dry. After waiting a few more days before complaining some more however, I received an email from him explaining that he lost some emails and such but he sent out the chip. Got the tracking info from him, and just yesterday I got the paper from USPS saying that I missed the delivery for the chip (Was at work and missed the postal guy
)So I should be getting it today! The point is, just give the guy some time and it should come.
