I am having a problem with King of Fighters 2002. All of the characters shadows in the game flicker and are made up of seperated lines. Now I know this is only a minor annoyance but I would just like to know if someone knows how to fix this. I live in the US and I am using an NTSC version of Dreamcast respectively. King of Fighters is a japanese game and as far as I know the japanese also use NTSC. Is this correct?
I thought about using the PAL patchers but then i realized that I don't have a PAL Dreamcast........would it still help me with my problem? I just wanna make sure before I create a bunch of coasters
