I personally never liked the forum at PS2newz, all I used it for was the news. Nobody was ever really helpful. You'd wait around for a week waiting for an answer to a problem and when you got one it was somebody else looking to solve the same problem. As for Guichi's feelings about Charlie. Where else can you get the best chip at a great price and get help when you F things up. Charlie's reviews of other chips have always been incredible fair. Bottom line is that he does not need to lie about the messiah chips they are the best hands down. As for the newz and ownz war. Lets say we come out of nowhere and sucker punch them both. Then fileforums rules all.
