Set the hard drive on the 1st ide port as "master"
Set the Pioneer on the 2nd ide port as "master"
You might try XP Pro on the 900....
You may find that it might slow it down even more...
The time difference will be noticed......
Do both computers have the same amount/speed of memory?
This will also effect it... And are the hard drives the same speed in both computers?
