I made a one disc release, with very little different to the Echelon rip (slightly lower quality music). Those guys just didn't try hard enough some times.
This game did actually freeze with the original sort order, because the layout is rather unoptimised - they put the spell FMVs way at the other end of the disc to the speech for it, which is OK on the much faster GD but was too much for CD-R to bear. So you actually have to change the sort order to avoid the crashes (default alphabetical works OK, becaue it puts them relatively close together).
